About Zircon AC Group

Zircon AC Group was founded in January 2010 by Steven Roper. The brief was simple: deliver air conditioning and building services with the quality and accountability that larger contractors rarely manage. Fifteen years later, the brief hasn't changed. The scope has.

Today we operate across air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, servicing and maintenance, smart buildings and heat network compliance. Six disciplines, one delivery team, covering the full breadth of what a modern building needs from a single engineering partner. We work for Tier 1 contractors, developers, commercial operators, facilities teams and ESG stakeholders across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality and transport.

Over fifteen years we've built a reputation by doing the basics well: projects on time, on budget, commissioned properly, with paperwork that stands up to audit. The numbers behind that reputation are real. So is the investment behind it. Our IoT smart buildings capability, our HNTAS compliance team and our in-house F-Gas programme are not bolt-ons. They reflect a business actively shaping what integrated building services looks like for the next decade.
